The Santoku knife is forged from a single piece of rust-free stainless special formula steel. It then undergoes FRIODUR® ice-hardening and precision honing to make it extra durable and robust while retaining flexibility. The special manufacturing process means the blade stays sharper for longer and is extremely corrosion-resistant. The extra wide 18 cm blade of the Santoku knife is ideal for cutting vegetables, meat and fish.
