PREPARATION
- Stir Fry
– Soak bean sticks and vermicelli in water for 10 minutes.
– Fry the garlic and ginger pieces until fragrant.
– Add in cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, bean sticks and vermicelli.
– Add oyster sauce and pince of salt to taste.
– Fry all ingredients until it cooked.
– Remove from heat and serve hot.
Claypot
– Soak bean sticks in water for 10 minutes.
– Add meat.
– Cook until it turns soft.
