Each knife has a FRIODUR® ice-hardened blade for exceptional durability of the cutting edge and corrosion resistance. The special formula steel makes these knives strong and flexible at the same time, meaning precise cuts can be made. The knives have all been made using a SIGMAFORGING process, meaning each knife has been forged using one piece of quality steel. This adds to the structural integrity of the knives, and allows for a seamless transition between the handle and blade.
